1917 birth
12 yrs old enters seminary
17 years approx, check, leaves seminary
20 or so attends college - studied psychology (first?) and majored in chemistry
Works in Baltimore, 2 different plants
Julian Frieze ID card Baltimore issued July 4, 1942.
[note: Sokei-an died in 1945 after years of war internment and poor health. Doubtful that Rose could have met him.]
Experience
Travels to west coast (1 or 2 times) E.g., meets with Hammil in L.A.
1946 (?) travels to Denver, works Jewish Hospital.
Approximate date: 1946-47 finds Levi's Transcendental Magic in a bookstore in Denver.
1947 travels to Seattle
