So on this one - RR-unc-chapel-hill-1993-1103 you're saying that your DVD was 1st generation from tape, and if you made a direct copy of that DVD to the copy you sent me - that probably wouldn't cause a loss in fidelity, if done by simple disk-copy. So what you sent me was probably the best we will have - and any improvement to the file you just downloaded would be up to me - if I can reduce my 5-step process to a 1-step process. |

Have DVDs ripped to VOB and/or VHS ripped to MP4. Need to verify collection. Have on Terastation (backup server) and Dropbox. Plus the originals in a plastic box.
