Rose says at beginning (minute 3) of side 2 : "We were talking about this coming down from Akron in the car ..." Was there a talk in Akron the day before? Need to check PZ newsletters.

Note: Rose says on side 1 at 13:06 that today he picked up a copy of Mind Parasites but haadm't had tiome to read it yet. So probably this is the first time the book is mentioned by Rose.
